General Manager of NMS and Conviction Communications simultaneously. Inaugurated and developed NMS by converting it from a front line sales company to a BBB accredited B2B marketing service. Pursued and secured Xerox Corporate as NMS biggest client in 2007. Secured Aflac and Jan-Pro as top corporate accounts in 2009. Creator of Conviction Communications, including the logo, motto, and assisted in the development of the website. Performed HR duties, promotions, bonuses, training of communication and sales skills. Conducted invoicing, collections and provided customer service for over 700 clients. Handled financial reports, analyzed budgets and markets for the business model. Orchestrated trade shows, launched marketing ideas, campaigns and strategies. Implemented Lean Six Sigma tactics which eventually brought collections down to a rate of 7% from 18%. As a Counselor: indoctrination evaluations, classification, reclassification, taught classes, submitted early releases, maintained close communication with parole boards and parole officers, placed inmates into parole housing and programing, while mentoring them. Received two gold medals & one silver medal from the Director of ADOC. Aviation Ordnance Repair Tech: performed aircraft, (fixed and rotor), troubleshooting electrical aircraft weaponry systems. Repaired electrical launching, dropping, dispersing and firing systems. Used schematics, wiring diagrams and conducted testing procedures with test sets. Soldered electrical components, spliced wire, safety wired and replaced wiring bundles. Incorporated manufacturer changes and modifications to equipment and procedures. Extensive use of tech manuals, IPB manuals, check lists and OSHA safety procedures. In charge of tool control and HazMat for the entire unit. Implemented the entire training and safety program for the unit, while teaching OSHA classes and conducted weekly safety meetings for the work crews. Preformed weapons storage assembly, testing and delivery with tactical vehicles. Trained in embarkation, aircraft load planning and certification of hazardous material shipments. Earned three USMC meritorious promotions.
