Vehicular Safety System And Method

View page
US Patent:
6943701, Sep 13, 2005
Filed:
Jun 6, 2002
Appl. No.:
10/165782
Inventors:
Rashid A. Zeineh - Fullerton CA, US
Assignee:
Advanced American Enterprises, LLC - Fullerton CA
International Classification:
G08G001/12
US Classification:
340988, 340903, 340936, 701 11, 701 14, 701120, 701301
Abstract:
A relatively low cost but effective vehicular safety system includes a navigational status determination system generating navigational status information, an alarm response system generating alarm responses in response to alarm response command information and a data processing system. The data processing system stores a list of safety zones having one or more safety conditions for each safety zone. The data processing system receives the navigational status information and compares the received navigational status information to the stored safety conditions. If a safety condition is found to be violated the data processing system communicates a response command to the alarm response system. Depending upon the severity of the violated safety condition, the alarm response system notifies the vehicle operator of the violation, notifies law enforcement authorities external to the vehicle of the violation or takes some other safety response. In an extreme condition, the alarm response system assumes control over some aspect of the operation of the vehicle such as steering or engine control.

Security & Anti Suicide-Hijacking System For Airplanes

View page
US Patent:
20030094541, May 22, 2003
Filed:
Nov 16, 2001
Appl. No.:
09/987784
Inventors:
Rashid Zeineh - Fullerton CA, US
International Classification:
B64D011/00
B64D013/00
US Classification:
244/118500
Abstract:
The present invention relates to preventing one or a group of suicide hijackers from taking over control of an airplane and crashing it onto public facility such as a building, city, dam, atomic reactor, or ship for the purpose of causing mass destruction and killing of innocent civilians. This invention comprises multiple defense stations inside the passengers cabin. Each station has a motorized defense tool, video camera viewer with remote controller is in front of the pilot and in airline, FBI, and CIA headquarters. Each station has one of the following; a defense tool, a gun with silencer, stunt gun, tranquilizer, MACE or pepper sprayer, arrow thrower with high voltage electric charge, wood hammer, head banger, stomach puncher, foot tripper and trap, head holder, waist grabber, or a leg trapper or breaker as one of the stunt none-lethal and no permanent damage to immobilize the intruders. The locations of defense stations includes cabin ceiling above the center isle, cabin floor below walk isle, inside cabin side walls, rear of cabin, cockpit door, and inside cockpit. Line of fire is above isle stretch and above the heads of sitting passengers. Video cameras are mounted on these defense tools that are motorized for direction and for automatic firing. Remote viewing of gun sight field, remote aiming, and firing by pilot or by central or regional location of Police, InterPol, FBI, CIA, FAA, army, or headquarters allows the pilot or commanding post to act in defense, immobilize, physically knockdown, or tranquilize the one or multiple hijackers. The video and sound connection as well as pointing and firing are in realtime communication via internet, radio, cellular, or satellite means. An automatic recognition of intruder sitting on pilot's seat is by few parameters such weight, skin color, color of eyes, and voice according to past flyers and airline listed pilots employees. A computer and a GPS system on board the airplane reads the GPS of plane in flight and reads an on file list of on ground GPSs of sensitive potential terror targets nationally and international locations such as atomic reactors, building, and dams that are filed into computer and its backup computer. If the plane flight is below 2000 feet and is approaching a GPS potential target the computer automatically overrides the intruder pilot to turn left by temporary mechanical locking tail left flap or tail flap up. Another security item is kite-like controlled opening parachute for the plane for slow vertical speed and slow horizontal speed to lower the chances of injuries and damage.

Missile Deflector For Airplanes

US Patent:
20050062638, Mar 24, 2005
Filed:
Sep 24, 2003
Appl. No.:
10/668519
Inventors:
Rashid Zeineh - Fullerton CA, US
International Classification:
G01S007/36
US Classification:
342013000, 342014000, 089001100, 250495100, 342053000, 342009000
Abstract:
The present invention relates to flying airplane security during landing or taking off from the risk of surface to air missiles fired by shoulder held launchers as the heat seeking Stinger or SAM-18 missile. In Kenya two stinger missiles attempted to down an Arkia Israeli airliner carrying tourists. Stinger or SAM-18 surface to air missile available on black market and fired from shoulder-held launcher with heat seeking guidance head might be deadly to low flying passengers planes worldwide, the USA included. This missile deflector system positioned at the rear belly of the plane comprises a missile detector and a decoy IR light source sprung to trail the plane. The detector can be an infrared-daylight video camera with a fisheye lens, a flying laser spot, a flying line laser, a range finder, and with software for motion detection. The decoy heat source sprung from the socket dangles below and behind the plane or just behind it and generates intense IR to distract the missile away from the engine and renders safety whether detonation occurs or not.

Artillery Shell, Satellite Launcher, & Global Reach Missile

View page
US Patent:
20050247230, Nov 10, 2005
Filed:
Apr 5, 2004
Appl. No.:
10/816942
Inventors:
Rashid Zeineh - Fullerton CA, US
International Classification:
F42B004/14
US Classification:
102352000
Abstract:
The present invention relates to artillery shell range, cannon fired satellite, missiles, and communication satellite launcher. Cannon shell range can be increased by decreasing the drag through making the flat base shape into inverted cone or by fastening a wood or lightweight plastic cone. Fastening a booster filled with gun powder to the base of the shell with a delay primer fuse that explodes in flight get the recoil push the trajectory higher in the air and faster in speed to reach a longer range. Adding multiple boosters in tandem causes successive explosions in flight that the successive recoils speeds up the shell in-flight and increases the range. Fastening a round thin steel smooth barrel to the base of the shell and stacking multiple flat sides or cone shaped boosters separated by felt or plastic separators with center holes filled with slow burning primer adds more blank-type recoil to enchance shell speed and range. Fastening a long round steel barrel to the base of the shell or trajectory body to fired from a cannon or from a silos can give the trajectory enough speed and enough fuel to become a long range missile with a bomb tip or can become a satellite body that can reach orbiting level. This starting or in-flight booster and boosters system can power a long range rocket, a satellite launcher, or a fast-travel vehicle that is starting at ground or fired from a high flying plane.

Firearms Recoil Reducer

US Patent:
20060060075, Mar 23, 2006
Filed:
Sep 23, 2004
Appl. No.:
10/947111
Inventors:
Rashid Zeineh - Fullerton CA, US
International Classification:
F41A 21/00
US Classification:
089014300
Abstract:
The present invention relates to firearms recoil reducer. Current reducers are some type of shock absorbers with limited efficiency, of about 15%. The lift and the back kick of the firearm remain causing pain to the shoulder and instability in targeting especially with repeating firearms. In my invention the combined recoil of primary recoil associated with bullet speed and about four folds more powerful secondary recoil associated with exploding gas burst leaving the front of the barrel are countered by the backwards puff of the burst by the recoil reducer. The secondary recoil resulting from exploding gas burst leaving the barrel is utilized to nullify the primary and part of the secondary recoil. My recoil reducer is a wide cap absorbing the explosion and pulling forward the muzzle to counter the native recoil. The recoil reduction is further maximized or reinforced by a duckbill valve, by wide flat cap, by flat cap with side walls or rims, and by a cup shaped reducer with a hole in its bottom part. The force of recoil is adjustable by the space between muzzle and reducer. The recoil reducer can be multiple backward slanted holes or grooves with a collar around the muzzle to guide the explosion gas burst backwards to counter the original combined recoil.
