So you're here to find out exactly who this Sean Laver guy is… Well, read along as I take a trip down memory lane for you. I was born right here in Venice Florida though these many years ago. After graduating Venice High, I headed up north to the east coast of North Carolina. I moved up there for college, but there was also a girl I wanted to be closer to as well. During the last semester of college, I decided to follow in my grandfathers footsteps of being a real estate agent. I was first licensed in 2003, became a broker a 2007 and opened my own firm shortly after. Though my wife and I liked Wilmington North Carolina a lot, we felt it was time to move back to my hometown, Venice. Oh, and that girl I mentioned about earlier, is now my wife. We started as high school sweethearts and are still madly in love. So, Abby, our little dachshund Guiseppe & myself have been enjoying all the food, fun & festivities that Sarasota County has to offer ever since! I can't begin to tell you how blessed I am to wake up everyday here and do what I love, which is helping buyers & sellers alike accomplish their dreams of buying,selling or investing in real estate. Being a true native of this area enables me to share with my clients the local charm and history that this area offers, along with an invaluable understanding on what the local market is doing as well as how the nations economy affects us here in the county.
