My primary professional focus is Residential and Commercial Financing. As a managing member of First Jersey Financial Corporation I spend my time expanding our firms client base by working with Real Estate Firms, Builders, Developers, Investors, Home Owners, Business Owners, and other outfits. In addition to expand our client base, I work directly with our sales staff, and support staff on managing the process flow of our pipeline. On the residential side, my firm offers several niche products in addition to the industry standard Conventional, FHA, VA, and Vanilla Jumbo Products. Those niche products offered are Stated Income at a 70% loan to value up to $1,500,000.00, 100% USDA Financing, No Document Loans up to a 70% love to value, Foreign National Financing, Construction Financing up to a 90% loan to value, and 96.5% loan to value on FHA Financing down to a 540 credit score. For the second consecutive year our firm is working with the NY Giants, NY Jets, NJ Nets, NJ Devils, and NY Mets as a part of their employee relocation program, when new employees of these firms move to the area our firm assists the new employee, and his/or her pre approval and mortgage commitment. On the commercial side, Casa Capital Group, LLC has already been retained by several builders, real estate developers, and large hotel chains for the purpose of land acquisition financing , and construction financing for projects in 2009, 2010, and 2011. Our firm specializes in commercial construction financing, land acquisition financing, and working capital financing. In addition we offer commercial purchase financing for owner occupied and non owner occupied commercial properties, merger financing, partnership buyout financing, secured and unsecured lines of credit, SBA Financing, and blanket/bridge financing.
