Philosophy:
Utilizing a Cognitive Behavioral approach, I address a wide variety of issues, including low self-esteem, anxiety, and depression. The way we think affects the way we feel, which affects our responses to those around us. By identifying and challenging faulty perceptions, we can develop more accurate ways to think, which empowers us to change how we feel.
