I am a Zellwood, Florida (NW Orlando) Native. I attended and played football for the Apopka Memorial High School Blue Darters, graduating in 1972. My son, Kyle Shiver, also graduated from Apopka High School. I volunteered for the Zellwood Fire Department prior to becoming a full time Fire Fighter/Paramedic for the Orange County Fire Department. I owned and operated, along with my father W B Shiver, a local Billboard company, Shiver Outdoor Advertising. Through this experience, I have grown to know land values throughout all of the central Florida area. Having seen the growth over the past several years in person, has given me an advantage in today's Real Estate Market. I am presently married to my wonderful wife, Cindy, with three children, Grant 11, Cassandra 11 (twins), and Miranda 18. I am a member of the Zellwood Elementary PTA and the Zellwood Community Center. I am also a member of the Orlando Regional Realtors Association (MLS), Florida Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors.
