One can almost state that Elizabeth is a Miami native. Raised in the Magic City since the age of two, Elizabeth has seen the growth of South Florida first hand. Her career in real estate began in 1998, while still in college, with a focus in economics, as the executive assistant to a hi-end luxury Realtor for Prudential Florida Realty, which was later acquired by Arvida Realty Services. Here the knowledge of the real estate marketplace, customer satisfaction and attention to detail became second nature. In 2003, as the real estate market was booming, Elizabeth assembled a group of investors to capitalize on the foreclosure market by purchasing directly at the courthouse steps. In 2004, Elizabeth was recruited and partnered with a top-producer with Coldwell Banker, where her mastery of the English and Spanish languages allowed her to assist buyers and sellers from around the globe with their real estate needs for the next five years. Seizing the opportunity to personally grow and shift with the South Florida real estate marketplace, the transition to Keller Williams has proven to be one of her greatest accomplishments. At Keller Williams, Elizabeth aligned herself with the prominent real estate team of Louis Erice. Today, Elizabeth works with an array of investors, local buyers & sellers and serves as direct representation for local and national financial institutions and their foreclosed properties.
