Karen is originally from New Jersey – raised in Chatham and lived for 13 years in Clinton, New Jersey before moving to Ocean View Delaware full-time in 2004. Karen has been vacationing in Bethany Beach since the late 1980s when her parents purchased a condo at Sea Colony. Karen and her husband have loved the area ever since and purchased a second home in Ocean View in 2003. She have a BS in Business/Computer Science from Albright College and a MBA in Management from Fairleigh Dickinson University. Karen worked at AT&T in New Jersey for 13 years in Information Systems as a developer, analyst and manager. For the last 10 years she has worked in education managing the technology for a school district and continues to provide consultation in that area. Karen is an avid golfer and a member at Bear Trap Dunes Golf Club an advisory board member and seven time women’s club champion. She is the co-chair for the Women’s Golf Association at BTD’s Rally for a Cure Golf Tournament which raises funds for the Delaware Breast Cancer Coalition.
