Skills:
Most recently I have developed an arsenal of skills and system types to excel in leadership roles in a manufacturing facility. I have both studied and had years of hands on experience in 5S, Kaizen, Six Sigma, Kanban; and other continuous improvement and lean manufacturing systems. I have helped a facility successfully change their operations systems from a batch type of flow to lean manufacturing, where I also helped to rebuild the way that the company approached quality standards and control, moving into a quality at the source model. I also have previous experience in sales and construction and have managed in both union and non-union environments.
