Abstract:
Thin-film photovoltaic devices and methods of their use and manufacture are disclosed. More particularly, polycrystalline CuInGaSe(CIGS) based thin-film photovoltaic devices having independently tunable sublayers are disclosed. Also provided are methods of producing an n-doped graphene.
