Having lived in the Houston & Katy area since 1968, Rick has considerable knowledge of most neighborhoods and communities in his hometown. He has been assisting both buyers and sellers of real estate since 1988 and started by managing a boutique style office specializing in the sale and financing of foreclosed properties.
As the market changed, so did Rick's approach to marketing. In 1992 he joined one of the major real estate companies in West Houston and immediately made his mark as one of it's top producers, consistently ranking as one of the top 5 agents in the Houston Region of the company.
In March of 1999 Rick joined forces with a relatively new office in the Katy/West Houston area - a franchise of the most innovative and fastest growing real estate companies in the world; Keller Williams Realty. Since that time the office has surpassed the expectations of just about everyone in the area by out producing several of the leading real estate firms in their market area.
