Prior to joining Coldwell Banker in 2012, I spent more than 8 years at a real estate brokerage boutique run by two real estate attorneys. At this brokerage boutique, I was responsible for independently managing my own transactions. As a result, I developed firsthand experience drafting, organizing and managing the documentation and processes associated with each of my transactions. Today, my clients benefit from my detailed understanding of the real estate transaction process. No detail is too small; nothing "slips through the cracks". Having a psychology degree, I understand the importance of listening, and realize that involuntary stresses are inevitable whenever one is buying or selling a home. With this in mind, one of my primary goals in each transaction is to ensure that my clients' needs have been met in the most seamless and stress-free manner possible. Also, being a resident of southern Orange County for most of my life, and having a love for viewing, assessing and comparing homes, I am able to better provide a more refined analysis to my clients – one that goes beyond simply "crunching the numbers" in a generic CMA (comparative market analysis). I won't be fooled, and your time won't be wasted viewing, a home that "looks good on paper" but doesn't pass muster in reality. From the sell-side, this means that I am able to more accurately estimate the true fair market value of your home, and help you select a price that both maximizes profitability and minimizes the amount of time your home sits idle on the market. From the buy-side, this means that I am able to identify homes that are potentially listed at prices that accurately reflect their fair market value.
